Band à part Films, this is the name that Ursula Meier, Lionel Baier, Jean-Stéphane Bron and Frédéric Mermoud have chosen for their production company, created in 2009, to develop their work both nationally and internationally. The company produces and co-produces the films of the founding members, opening its doors to other projects. Recent productions include documentaries The Venerable W. by Barbet Schröder presented in the Official Selection at Cannes in 2017, The Paris Opera by Jean-Stéphane Bron and Moka by Frédéric Mermoud feature films and La vanité by Lionel Baier. The company has just finished production production of the collection of TV movies (4×60') Shock waves , inspired by real criminal affairs in Switzerland. Co-produced by the RTS, the SSR (swiss national television) and ARTE, this collection will be broadcast in the first half of 2018 and the films Diary of my Mind by Ursula Meier and First name: Mathieu by Lionel Baier have been selected at the Berlinale in the Panorama section.
