Equipped with a few possessions and a weapon, Diane Kramer (Emmanuelle Devos) leaves Lausanne for Evian. She has but one obsession : to find the driver of the mocha coloured Mercedes that hit her son and shattered her life. However, the path to the truth is more sinuous than it seems. Diane will be confronted to another woman (Nathalie Baye), endearing and mysterious.
