Vinh, one of the boat-people refugees, was taken in by a Swiss family 20 years ago and is now about to get married. His Vietnamese mother seizes the opportunity to finally meet the family who loved and raised her son, and to put faces on those signatures at the back of a postcard which tell her every year that the united family thinks about her. However, things with the Depierraz family are not exactly as those messages let believe and Mrs Nguyen’s visit puts the family in turmoil. Now, for a few days, they mustdive back into forgotten roles of father, wife, brother, sister… To play a fragile happiness comedy.
