K., an actress, is promoting the film La V, in which she plays the lead role. Along her journey across Europe, she struggles with a deep-seated fear, stirred by the character she embodies and the subject of the film. As she moves through the exclusive spaces to which she has access, she gradually allows herself to wander into what she might be capable of.
